  • What steps are you taking to safely handle the coronavirus?
    We are taking the coronavirus outbreak very seriously. Before a client is able to enter the space, all surfaces are extensively wiped down and cleaned. Only one client is allowed in the room at a time to maintain social distancing. Patty will be wearing a protective mask during the session. If the session is in your home, Patty provides a table that she wipes clean in front of you before it is used.
  • How long are the sessions?
    Each session/ class lasts approximately one hour.
  • How often do I need to be treated?
    Since Patty's treatment programs are highly-personalized, treatment frequency will vary. Depending on the type of treatment and the severity of the injury, Patty might recommend anywhere from once a week to once a month.
  • Do you take insurance?
    No, we do not take insurance.
  • How much does each session cost?
    For PT, personal training, and or Physical Alignment and Wellness: In-home visits: $120 In Mobilis Clinic: $85 Zoom calls: $55 For Zoom classes: drop in zoom classes: $12
  • Can I pay with cash?
    Cash is accepted for Physical Therapy visits only. Group Fitness classes must be paid in advance through our site. Credit Card and PayPal are accepted.
  • Do I need to sign any waivers before my first session?
    Yes, there is a waiver page listed under "services". Please either electronically sign the waiver and email it to Patty, or print it out and bring it with you to your first session.
